RFC5424 compliant SysLog Syncing with external recipients

CMN System R05.15 incorporating RFC5424 compliant SysLog Syncing with external recipients announced to be up and running on the production servers.
The SysLog Sync functionality includes:
- Incremental export of CashPartner, CashXCell and other Web Services, activities log onto an RFC5424 compliant file.
- Incremental export of CashCluster user activities and health monitoring data log onto another RFC5424 compliant file.
- CMN System administrator defined export cycles period, as well syncing cycles activation/deactivation switch.
- CMN System administrator ability to reset export cycling (i.e. re-start exporting log history from the beginning, or anywhere in the middle of existing accumulated log data)
- Privileged stakeholder may monitor SysLog Sync progress, at anytime, by observing the "most recent sync" date/time
